Locations and Groups are ways to organize and manage students.
For example, a company can add Groups for 1st shift employees and 2nd shift employees with each Group having their own Admin(s) to manage the students in each.
If a company has multiple locations, Groups will apply company-wide, but the Admin for each Group will only be able to see and manage the students in their Group at their Location.
Location Admins will be able to see and manage all students at their location regardless of Group.
There is no limit or cost to the number of Locations or Groups that a company can create. You can view our support article on creating Locations and Groups here, and about Admins and their respective privileges here.
