Once a user completes all the requirements for PLST there is one final step that must be completed before the user is certificated. The administrator must "Apply for Certification". This is a very simple process.
1. From the administrative portal, click on the "Training Management" tab
2. Then, click on the "PLST Checklist" icon
3. Find you student on the right side of the screen and verify that all three components are complete (Training Progress, Practical Exams & Hands-On).
4. Click on the blue link on the far right "Apply for Certification" and follow the instructions.
Thats it! You should now be able to access the students certificate.
