Firm administrators can make any user within their account an additional Firm Administrator.
CAUTION: Firm Admins have full operational access within the Safety 1st Training Center. This includes adding new students, editing existing students, and the ability to add, modify or delete custom Course Tracks. Only make existing users Firm Admins if you intend them to have access to all functions of your training account.
Note: Making a user a Firm Admin will clear their existing Location and Group statuses. Since Firm Admins have oversight over the entire organization, Locations and Groups are not applicable.
- Open the Student Detail page of the user you’d like to make a Firm Admin.
- Click the Edit button
- At the bottom of the window select Yes in the Firm Admin dropdown.
