1. Log into your portal
2. Click on the left-hand tab for orders
3. Under the tab for all orders, you should see the order for the receipt you're looking for. If you do not see it, check open orders. If it still not there, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have us look further into why your receipt it not appearing.
4. On the order that you wish to obtain your invoice/order or receipt, click the arrow to the right.
5. Further information regarding your invoice/order will now appear. You now want to select the down button next to your order number or receipt number (depending on which you wish to obtain).
6. A preview of your invoice/order or receipt will now show below. To download a copy, click the download button.
